Supervision Services
About Our Supervision
Our board-approved supervisors provide collaborative and reflective spaces that help provisional psychologists, registrars, and other allied health professionals to grow their clinical skills, professional identity, and ethical practice. Supervision sessions are tailored to the supervisee's stage of practice and areas of interest so that each person can feel supported and challenged in equal measure.
Whether supervision is sought for registration pathways, clinical or educational and developmental endorsement, or ongoing professional development, we use a strengths-based approach. We focus on case formulation, evidence-informed interventions, reflective practice, and wellbeing to ensure supervisees can provide high quality care to the communities they serve.
Types of Supervision We Provide
- Supervision for provisional psychologists: Structured sessions that meet AHPRA board requirements while supporting transition from training into practice.
- Supervision for registrars: Tailored guidance for clinical and educational and developmental registrars working toward endorsement.
- Group supervision: Reflective group spaces that foster peer learning, case discussion, and shared professional support.
- Supervision for other mental health professionals: Consultative supervision for counsellors, social workers, and allied health teams seeking psychology input.
- Supervision for wellbeing teams: Coaching and reflective practice for school wellbeing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
