We help people develop and grow with life's challenges

Employee Assistance Program

Level Up Psychology provides Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for local small and medium businesses. Our EAP gives your employees and their immediate family members access to confidential, evidence-based psychological support — when they need it most.

Unlike large national EAP providers, we are a local, boutique psychology practice with over 20 experienced clinicians across our Mount Waverley and Frankston locations. When your employees reach out, they speak to real people who are part of your community.

What We Offer

Our EAP is designed to be flexible and practical. We work with you to develop a package that suits the size and needs of your organisation.

Short-Term Counselling

Employees and their immediate family members can access a set number of confidential counselling sessions per year. Our clinicians support a wide range of personal and work-related concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationships, and more.

Psychological Assessments

Where needed, we can provide fitness-for-work assessments and psychological wellbeing checks, delivered by our registered psychologists.

Manager Support

Managers can access confidential consultation to help navigate complex people issues — from supporting a distressed team member to managing workplace conflict or critical incidents.

Critical Incident Response

We provide on-site and remote support following critical incidents in the workplace, helping your team process and recover from traumatic or distressing events.

Group Programs & Workshops

Complement individual support with evidence-based group programs and psychoeducation workshops delivered at your workplace or our clinics — covering topics such as stress management, resilience, mindfulness, and healthy workplace relationships.

Webinars & Online Resources

Employees can access our webinars and a growing library of online mental health resources, developed and delivered by our clinical team.

Areas of Support

Our clinicians are experienced in supporting employees with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Work-related stress and burnout
  • Workplace relationships and conflict
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions and career changes
  • Relationship and family difficulties
  • Sleep concerns
  • Addiction and substance use
  • Trauma
  • And much more

How It Works

01 — Enquire

Fill in the expression of interest form below. A member of our team will be in touch to learn more about your organisation and discuss a package tailored to your needs.

02 — Agreement

We develop a customised service agreement that outlines the scope of support, number of sessions, and any additional services included in your program.

03 — Employee Onboarding

Once your agreement is in place, we provide you with communication materials and a dedicated employee portal — so your team can easily access support from day one.

04 — Ongoing Support

Employees book confidential sessions directly through the employee portal or by contacting our admin team. Your organisation is never told who has accessed the service.

05 — Reporting & Review

We provide de-identified, aggregate usage reports so you can understand how the program is being used — without ever compromising employee confidentiality.

Confidentiality

Your employees' privacy is our highest priority. We operate in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics. We will never disclose which employees have accessed the EAP, or the nature of their sessions, to their employer. The only exception is where there is a serious risk to the safety of the employee or another person.

Dedicated Employee Portals

Once your organisation joins our EAP, we create a dedicated employee portal — a private page on our website available only to your employees. The portal includes direct booking links, key contacts, and resources tailored to your workplace. Employees can access support quickly and easily, without needing to navigate a general enquiry process.

Express Your Interest

Complete the form below and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss how we can support your organisation. There is no obligation — we are happy to answer any questions you have first.
