We help people develop and grow with life's challenges

For Practitioners

Supervision Services

Board-approved supervision for provisional psychologists, registrars, and other allied health professionals. Sessions are tailored to your stage of practice and the endorsement pathway you are working towards.

About Our Supervision

Our board-approved supervisors offer collaborative, reflective spaces that help provisional psychologists, registrars, and other allied health professionals grow their clinical skills, professional identity, and ethical practice.

Whether you're working towards registration, an endorsement, or simply continuing to develop, we use a strengths-based approach — with a focus on case formulation, evidence-informed practice, reflection, and your own wellbeing.

Types of Supervision We Provide

Provisional Psychologists

Structured supervision that meets AHPRA Board requirements while supporting your transition from training into independent practice.

Registrars

Tailored guidance for clinical and educational & developmental registrars working towards endorsement.

Group Supervision

Reflective group spaces that build peer learning, case discussion, and shared professional support.

Other Mental Health Professionals

Consultative supervision for counsellors, social workers, and allied health teams seeking psychology input.

Wellbeing Teams

Coaching and reflective practice for school wellbeing staff and other multidisciplinary teams.

Endorsement Pathway Support

Targeted supervision for psychologists pursuing Clinical or Educational & Developmental endorsement, including assistance with required reports.

What We Focus On

Sessions are flexible, but typically explore:

  • Case formulation and treatment planning
  • Evidence-informed interventions and skill development
  • Ethical and professional practice
  • Reflective practice and use of self in the therapy room
  • Risk assessment and complex client presentations
  • Career planning and endorsement progression
  • Supervisor wellbeing, burnout prevention, and self-care

How It Works

01Enquire

Reach out and let us know your stage of practice, the endorsement pathway (if any), and what you're hoping to gain from supervision.

02Match & Agreement

We help match you with a supervisor whose experience suits your goals and set up a written supervision agreement.

03First Session

The first session focuses on your background, learning needs, and any board requirements you're working towards.

04Ongoing Supervision

Sessions run individually or in groups, in person or via telehealth, at a cadence that suits your stage of practice.

05Reports & Review

Where required, we provide AHPRA reports and ongoing reviews of your progress and supervision goals.
